We have our own delivery team servicing areas in Queensland; including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Our standard delivery schedule is as follows:
- Brisbane: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Gold Coast: Tuesday
- Sunshine Coast: Thursday
It is our standard service to carefully unpack your items, removing and disposing of the packaging materials, as well as full assembly of your furniture. If special installation on walls or assembly of wall units is required, an additional quote will be provided at the time your order is placed.
You will be advised of an approximate date of arrival at the time your order is placed. We will contact you a few days before your delivery to confirm all details and provide an estimated time of delivery. Custom-made orders are made to your specifications and delivery time is up to 14 weeks for Metro areas. Delivery to regional areas may take up to 16 weeks depending on the carrier’s schedule. Please note this delivery timeframe is to be used as a guide only, and cannot be guaranteed as it may vary due to high demand, occasionally resulting in delayed shipment. Should a delay occur, you will be contacted.
It is important that you ensure correct delivery address details are provided and notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address as sufficient, clear and safe access (e.g. staircases, narrow passages, ceiling height, lift sizes and doorways etc) is required to deliver the goods you have purchased, as well as adequate coverings for protection on flooring as assembly will be done on site. Our quoted delivery costs reflect the information you have given us. In cases where the goods need to be disassembled due to the incorrect information given by you, additional charges will apply. Items that need to be disassembled and reassembled will incur a cost. A cancellation fee applies if the items cannot be delivered and need to be returned to our warehouse. Under no circumstances will we deliver over balcony railings or through windows. Please refer to our Conditions of Sales for more information.
Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. Should an appropriate person not be available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.
Should our delivery schedule not suit you, we can arrange an outside furniture carrier to deliver your furniture on a day of your choice. This optional service will be quoted upon request.
